Niki was born and raised in Marin. After receiving her degree in child development, she joined friends in Sacramento where she has happily lived since 1998. Niki has always loved children and gravitates toward anything that provides her the chance to learn about and teach young people. Even as a teen, she volunteered regularly as a mentor and peer counselor to youth in a variety of different ways. She previously taught for several years at a Montessori-based preschool and served as Assistant Director at another preschool.
She was attracted to Country Oaks because of its outstanding long-term reputation for providing optimal educational experiences in a stimulating, nurturing, family-oriented environment. She feels privileged to have been part of the Country Oaks family for the past 15 years. Each day is an opportunity to actively participate and contribute to the academic, emotional, creative, and healthy growth and development of every one of the special youngsters at C.O.
